i found a 4 year old pc on craigslist for this price 700$

So for 700$ i found this 4 year old system for sale is it a good deal???
He said he replaced the parts a year ago

that 3rd build - the sperate component prices come to $910 but for starters only a fool would pay $100 for a second hand 660ti,$50 for ram & $50 for a 128gb ssd (m4 or not)

Yeah i know^ im going to look at the second build right now does that one seem worth 700?? What should i try to negotiate and im going to test it what should i test?

$700 - no not imo.
$600 maybe.
good cpu ,decent midrange gpu - but youre buying into an old chipset here with a small ssd & no description of psu.

for $700 you can build something that will game just as well with new components & warranties.

Ima talk him to 500
