Question I found a PSU but will it be good enough for an 8GB RX 580 2048SP ?

i know about calculating the +12v but i dont know about calculating the +12v1 and +12v2 btw CAPSYS is a popular gaming brand in my country.

That PSU does not look like a reliably built unit. Your PSU isn't going to be powering just the GPU, but the entire build your GPU will be residing in. What are the full specs to said system?

im from algeria and i fully trust this brand i used to buy power supplys from it all the time
i just wanna know how to calculate the watts of the +12v1 and +12v2

It's a horrible group regulated unit with terrible voltage regulation and two fake 12v rails. Worst case the 12v rails are connected together on the PCB and the PSU explodes when it has to deliver more than 21A.

i5 3470s
8GB of ddr3 ram
H61 motherboard

21A is not enough for a system with RX 580 8GB.
