I fuged up windows never finished setting up

ok so i just got a new alien ware gaming laptop with windows i need to re install windows but since it never fished the first up when i went to re install im stuck. i have to chose an os but there is nothing there and i can load the drivers but dont know where it is.

ok then i change it how do i load my hardware drivers if i was never able to set up windows . thats really my problem since i was never able to do the first set up when i need to pick the os there is nothing there to pick.

To which I responded to contact Alienware (Dell) Tech Support with proof of ownership. Once you're able to log in, you can take care of everything else you need to do.
