I get 5 FPS when playing GTA 5?

I bought this PC and it worked great but then I must’ve did something because now I can’t play games except PUBG.I have a 1080 TI graphics card , and intel core i7-7700k @ 4.20 ghz. But I only get 5 FPS on Skyrim , GTA 5 ectc.. only pubg works decently. Help please!!!

check if your monitor is connected to the 1080ti and not the motherboard

Thanks man , boy I didn’t even realize the the monitor was plugged in to the intergrated graphics card instead of the 1080 ti..... lmao now I get about 30 FPS . Anything else I can do?

Update: I just turned vsync to fast from nvidia control panel and turned it off in game getting about 120 FPS now
