Question I get a black sreen all the time and my gpus fans stop spinning

A bought a new gpu recently and installed it with a friend but when i turned on the pc it first seemed perfect but then after a few seconds the fans on the gpu stopped spinning and i had a black screen the whole time
It was an Nvidia asus tuf 3060 ti and the rgb stayed on the whole time

Gigabyte aorus elite B560M
Kingston fury beast 2x8 gb 3200mhz
4x 120mm fans (3 of them are corsair ll120 but the rgb is turned off with the software)
Tp link archer tx50 E internet card
Cooler master MWE 650 v2
512 gb sata ssd (kingston)
2 tb seagate barracuda 5400rpm sata 3.5
