i just built a computer and was planning on using the intel hd 4000 graphics from my i5-3570k until i saved up enough for a gtx 770

every time i install any drivers for it though (i even tried old drivers from march) the computer black screens upon restart and i have to uninstall the driver in safe mode which defaults back to a standard vga driver which you can't play games on at all because the computer doesn't recognize that you have a graphics card

i already went into the bios and enabled integrated graphics but that did nothing

not sure if this is an issue with my cpu or driver issues

the cpu is working great otherwise it would be odd if only the graphics were damaged

A Black Screen problem with a solution that has worked for me so far !

Win 7

I uninstalled the driver leaving it to reboot the standard vga & installed team viewer set it up so I could view my desktop ,proceeded to download the HD 4000 drivers given on Microsoft update & rebooted as usual I was greeted with the Black Plague Screen ! but this time I was able to view my desktop through my phone .In the Display section of control Panel I found...

I changed it to display 1 only via my phone & the display came to life .

I have rebooted several times and all is well so far .
