I get a pop up window every time i start my pc

i get a pop up window every time i start my pc. i can choose which programme i want to use to open it, if i use word or wordpad it says

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\Uplay.exe Kranner\UninstalString2.txt"

I get this pop up window since i uninstalled uplay, does anyone know how to fix it?

Right-click the taskbar, open task manager, go to the "startup" tab and disable Uplay.

The weird thing is i havent even installed uplay i uninstalled it and never used it since

Sometimes programs don't uninstall as cleanly as they should.

I tried to isntall and uninstall uplay again...didnt work. I guess i have to live with it... thanks for your help tough
