I just bought a new premade computer that came with windows 8 didn't come with a cd just came with a gigabyte cd and a asrock cd.(windows 8 keycode is on the side of computer)

welcome to windows 8, what does it not want to do today !
Its likely down to permissions setup in windows 8, If you get an error, first try and right click and run the install exe as an admin.
