I get red line then the screen goes black on startup Windows 10

I was playing a game then the scene gone black and I heated the fans going in high speed I freaked out and shut down the pic now when I start the pic I get Windows loading and in the middle it stop and red lines show up then the screen goes black and it stays that way I can go to safe mood but I can get my of to start normally I'm using Windows 10

Ok I found out that when I remove the gpu the pic works fine so my question is it hopeless for my gpu or is there a way to fix it

NO it is not as yet hopeless abuomlak.

Turn off your system and remove the GPU. Check the PCIe slot for contamination and clean the GPU terminals with isopropyl alcohol.

You will not have full function of your system in Safe Mode as drivers will not be accessible.

Ensure all cabling and connections are OK to the GPU.

Please list your system specs if issue continues.

I tried changing the pcie slot I worked until the desktop worked then the red lines came back but it worked more this time

Well that was quick to check cabling connections and to check and clean your GPU slots and terminals.
Are the same problems happening.?
You may have driver issues for your GPU so make sure they are updated to latest version.
Also swap the monitor incase that is the problem.
What is the PSU, ? make and manufacturer.

If the problem continues then RMA the GPU as it is still under Warranty.

Best way to clean the PCIe slot is to use Compressed air from a canister. Make sure to disconnect the power supply when cleaning.

Without the correct Multi-meter equipment you would need to swap the cables out and try that.
Check the sockets for contamination or cracks and anything that may be suspect.

Do not format your drive as it is too early to determine if such a drastic action should be taken.

What is your current status.?

Good. Get the latest driver from your GPU manufacturers web site.

No you can't. Drivers can only be updated or installed in normal mode.
Do you have iGPU. List your MB and CPU if not sure.

If that is Gigabyte z77 G1 Sniper3 then, Your CPU is iGPU capable and your MB has output port to monitor.
Connect your cabling for this config and see if you have a signal.

I made it work after I disabled it from the device manager it worked one and I installed the gpu driver but now it's back to the same the red line after Windows loading screen btw I didn't mention that I hear a click sound before this happen every time from the pc

I tried it again if I disable the gpu from device manager the Windows starts fine the second I enable it again the red lines come and then the black screen then and stays that way

As you have iGPU and the driver update has not fixed it then RMA the GPU. You will be able to use that till you get your new card.
Where exactly does the Click sound come from.?

The click sound comes anyway even if the pic works fine and I'm not 100% sure but I think the gpu makes it and I didn't use the igpu I'm not sure how to use it

On your IO panel at the rear of your computer, there are output ports and one will enable a connection to your monitor.
Look up information in your MB manual.

Yes if its HDMI and you have HDMI on your monitor you should be good to go.
Do you have HDMI cable.?

I used it when I disconnect the gpu before it work fine with out it the problem is with the gpu but is it mageble ?
