I get red line then the screen goes black on startup Windows 10

I was playing a game then the scene gone black and I heated the fans going in high speed I freaked out and shut down the pic now when I start the pic I get Windows loading and in the middle it stop and red lines show up then the screen goes black and it stays that way I can go to safe mood but I can get my of to start normally I'm using Windows 10

Ok I found out that when I remove the gpu the pic works fine so my question is it hopeless for my gpu or is there a way to fix it

What I wanted to say is it over for my gpu or is there still a way to fix it ?
Btw when I use gpu with it disable the resolution is 1024 x 768 if I make it better there will be red lines but I still can use it with the red lines there

In my opinion abuomlak the card is at fault. Swap the card into another PC and see if the same problem occurs.
If it tests OK in another system then the MB is the problem.
