My parents dont live together and i need to move my pc every week, the only problem is that when im at my dads i get a high fps on most games and when im at my moms i get really low fps.
I dont know if its because i have two screens at my mom and one at my dad, but if anyone knows a solution or have had the same problem please reply :)

Solution
I'm pretty sure it is the number of attached screens. Try using only one of the screens and see if that fixes the problem. My bet is that it will. It takes additional GPU resources to output to more displays, so this isn't terribly surprising.
Until I reread your post I was thinking power quality, but honestly the two screens vs one thing is WAY more likely.
