i got a black screen after restarting pc

so my pc was working fine and then i resalise the usb's is not recognizing anything and i took my wifi adapter out the usb and it makes no sound like it usually would,i plug it back in and still nothing.

i restarted my pc after and i could get to the bios splash screen(where it says f1 etc to enter bios setup) and then the screen goes black i am able to boot in safe mode but thats it.

does anyone know what the problem can be, as i said it was working fine before i restart.

Hi,
look in bios to see if the hard drive is detected.
If it is, might want to boot with a windows install disk / usb (if it works)
to try to repair windows.

well the thing is i cant get to the bios because the screen goes black when gpu is in, but pc does work without it including usb, so my hard drive is definately being detected

dw all fixed all i did i run it in safe mode uninstall card drivers and reinstalled new ones
all fixed
