Solution
Hi there let me see if I can help you.

The two motherboards you listed are almost identical in specifications except that the GA-F2A68HM-HD2 has an HDMI port.
While going through reviews for the product (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128767&cm_re=GA-F2A68HM-HD2_AMD_A68-_-13-128-767-_-Product), the GA-F2A68HM-HD2 seems to not be very reliable and went out on a few users in a short amount of time.
The other motherboard you chose did not have any negative reviews (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128685&cm_re=F2A88XM-DS2_AMD_A88X-_-13-128-685-_-Product) and the users spoke highly of the motherboard. I would go with the GA-F2A88XM-DS2.
I Hope this helps you out.
