I got a new graphics card, however I am 5 watts short of the power I need

I recently got a Geforce Gtx 770 from Asus and my power supply produces 5 watts less than what my entire pc needs. I know it has to be power consumption because my integrated graphics only work when the graphics card is out. Could there possibly be another issue? If it is power consumption how can I get the 5 watts I need?

Solution
I'd probably recommend replacing the PSU before putting that card into the system to avoid damage. This Corsair is a better quality unit and would provide enough power for the system.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($37.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $37.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

(This is the cheapest unit I'd recommend).
