Question i got an rtx 3070 but it seems to run way to slow and my computer slow boots

so i got a 3070 a couple months ago and the performance is good just i load into games like 30 secs slower than the average player and the pc slow boots and idea how to fix

Monitor is 180 hertz

Is the RAM 2x4gb or 1x8gb?

Please post your full specs , like everything... But what I can tell is that you're a bit low on RAM with that GPU / CPU combo. Don't know what type of Windows you're running but keep in mind that W10 uses 3.5GB idle and W11 between 4-5GB idle when 8Gb is installed, upgrading to a 16GB kit would be a logical choice.

Ok you need to get an SSD, that will make a huge difference to load times. You are also crippling the cpu with single channel slow RAM. You should look at getting a 2x8gb 3000/3200mhz kit.

You also have very high background cpu usage. Looks like a load of stuff running in the background, try switching those off or maybe even a fresh install of Windows and don't install any bloatware.

There are a few issues that show but just to get a more accurate reading.
Reboot and let the machine sit for a few mins then run UBM with the browser closed.
