I got my first rack server Dell poweredge 1850 Xeon 2.8 is it dual cor

Hi guys I have a Dell Poweredge 1850 rack server. On the task manager shows two cpu graph which I always thought it is dual core since my quad gaming cpu show four of those. But I look up the code name of the cpu and it state it's a one core. On cpuz doesn't say dual core. So does it mean it's not dual core? That's very odd because there is two graph on the task manager. Here is the pic. Is it dual core or what? WHy does it show two cpu graph? Here is the pics. Thanks.
