I was just wanting to help on the forum page I reset the page ONLY TO REALISE I WAS IP BANNED ON MY PC MODERATORS HELP UNBAN ME

You most certainly are if you are coming in via proxy.

Is this a school or work device? They may be using a VPN for content filtering without you even knowing.

Tracked it down to "Opera Mini Proxy". Either stop using Opera or turn off the proxy.
