I had no fan running for ~5 days

So i cleaned up my pc,forget to plug in then fan and i played like 10 csgo matches,~30min-1hr PUBG.My temp in csgo were around 50C°,now it is 70C° with the fan running.Once i noticed after a CSGO match,rebooted my pc and it was like 85C° in BIOS.My question is that do I need to replace the termal paste inside the cpu,or only betwen the CPU and Heatsink

CPU: i5 6402p
Cooler:Zalman CNPS10X Optima 2011
MB:MSI H110M PRO-D
PSU:Corsair VS450

If pluging the fan back on helps, then not.

I would reconnect fan and check what temps you got first, then make any decisions based on that data.
