Question i had this problem since like 6 months my games are so smooth but when i try to record them its just so laggy

i had a r9 290x and then i changed it to a rx570 to see if it would make a difference but it did not my specs are i7 3770 rx570 8gb ram 2 sticks h61m ds2 rev 4.0 700w power supply i think

Could be the CPU, the RAM or both. Recording gameplay's going to use a lot more resources. That isn't much RAM for both tasks. As for the CPU. That's going to take a lot of CPU power if the task isn't GPU accelerated.

Also those GPU are basically the same performance wise.

i mean can i change anything in windows settings or services etc or i gotta buy new ram and stuff? if there is something that i can change then if u know please tell me
