Question I have 16 gigs of ram, but it's showing 8 gigs.

Hello. I have 16 gigs of ram installed in my computer. But in task manager it is showing only 8 gigs, instead of 16 gigs.

Please help me fix this.

Hey, thanks for answering me.

I'm writing this on behalf of my friend, and he's busy right now. He said he would tell me later that he doesn't have time right now.

I will make sure to write back.

Tho, he did tell me that he took the ram out, and put it back in. He started the PC and it showed 16 gigs, it's fixed, but he mentioned he got some message like "Repair Windows" or something like that. He restarted the PC and it couldn't load, only a black screen showed.

I don't know any further info about it but I will try to find out as soon as possible and let you know the pc specs.
