So as the description says I have one 144 hz screen that I game on Generally and a second monitor thats 60 hz is it bad if I put the second screen in the mobo hdmi and then have my gaming monitor into the gpu
I dont use both for gaming ever the second screen is simply for Movies/Youtube/Temps/Hardware monitoring

i have a
8700k
1070 ti rog strix
z390 E-gaming mobo
16GB 3000 mhz ram
I never enabled anything in the bios.
it just worked? i switched them both to my gpu but i figured,
If it was on the gpu it would cause less performance on gpu based games
So i decided to try putting it into the mobo figured the cpu could take that stress considering in my games on max its mainly gpu based so use the 144 hz connected to my gpu for gaming and the other screen witch does movies should be fine on integrated graphics on the cpu.

Did you enable the integrated graphics in the BIOS? By default it gets turned off when a dedicated gpu is identified.

This should be perfectly doable, I do exactly this with one of my systems but it is not AMD.
yeah thats exactly what i tried. but the bios setting for iGPU will reset to disabled. i really wish it was possible though
