i have 2 sticks of ram and 4 slots which ones do i put them in. All black slots no colored

THIS IS MY FIRST COMPLETE BUILD. I have an ASRock Z270M Pro4 with all black dimm slots. Each one says A1, A2 B1 and B2. Do i put them in the first two A1 and A2 for dual channel?
