[SOLVED] I have 4 slots for ram, Can I use 2x 2GB PC3-12800U ram, while other two slots have 2x2GB are PC3-10600U rams?

You can, but the PC will default to the slower RAM speed of the PC3-10600U (1333 MHz). Mixing RAM is always a bit iffy, too. But I suspect you will be fine (if the RAM is any good).
