Total budget and country of purchase: About 5000 Moroccan dirhams (mad) but if there is some crazy deal out there I can stretch it up to 8000 mad. (1$ = 8.92 mad)

I am not so sure any of these laptops that were listed to me are good deals so i am also open to any suggestions. I used the question form from r/Suggestalaptop to help make my needs clear.
  • Do you prefer a 2 in 1 form factor, good battery life or best specifications for the money? Pick or include any that apply. Best specifications for the money is the most important for me. Battery is good too. I don't care about 2 in 1.
  • How important is weight and thinness to you? Not important at all. Though appreciated.
  • Which OS do you require? Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, Linux. Windows 10 But I already own a copy I don't care if it comes with the laptop or not.
  • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. The bigger the better, but no specific size in mind, quality of the screen is more important to me.
  • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. Web Programming, watching movies tv shows and whatnot. Not much other than this.
  • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? I have a desktop already for that. Gaming is not a concern.
  • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? A good keyboard and a fingerprint reader would be nice. But not a requirement. Same goes for all the other things mentioned.
  • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. I'm open to any suggestion including USED or refurbs. As you can tell by the title of this post, I can buy from amazon but the import fees are about 23% of the price. Add the shipping to that (about 50-80dollars) and you get the actual cost to know if it is a good deal or not. Priority should be given to the laptops listed below because of proximity of the seller and the fact that I trust him to a certain extent given that I have dealt with him before. but if it is a bad deal, so be it. Anyway here is the list he sent me :

Obviously the fastest is going to be the HP 15 in terms of CPU, however, since it has a hard drive, it won't be as good an experience as the E7470 with its SSD.

With those requirements, pick the one you like the most. Try the keyboards out in person, check out the displays.

CPU's and GPU's cant be upgraded so take the best that you can. HDD can be swapped for SSD's and ram can be upgraded to more so dont pay to much attention to those.

So by that logic take the HP 15 since it has the best CPU, then if money permits upgraded the HDD to a SSD.

128gb is just too small for a C drive, 256gb should be minimum.
HDD should be a dis-qualifier.

8gb ram may be too small. Normally, you could upgrade 8gb for not much.

Processor speed of eadn is adequate, it really is the ssd that makes a laptop quick.

Lenovo will usually have a good keyboard.

HP tends to have proprietary parts. In time, you may need a new battery.
