I have a 300mb/300mb plan

I get 300mb+ downloading consistently, but my upload barely reaches 20mb. I have already disabled Asus's AI Suite III completely by uninstalling it all.
(here's a quick speedtest, the downloading went down because I'm using it atm I guess)

Unsure what to do. I just really want to know what is keeping my upload speed from hitting its potential.

Check with your ISP that you actually have symmetrical service, and that your modem supports it. It is not uncommon for cable modems to be non-symmetrical.

OTOH - unless you a hosting your own big website - what you would use this upload for? Just don't tell me it is for torrents...
