I have a 4tb Seagate 7200rpm hdd and it has gotten very slow

As said in the title my hard drive has gotten very slow. It started when I had 500gb free space from the drive. I deleted plenty of things on my hdd and now have 1.5 TB free space. But still my loading in Rainbow Six Siege is slow and sometimes steam stops (but doesn't closes). I use 10 out of 16gb of ram when I play.

Please can I get some help

Now the audio in the game comes up 20-30 sec late and the kill feed comes 20-30 sec late.

frydenlund.joachim, go ahead and download SeaTools and run the long extended test. It will let you know what state the drive is in. Also a good idea would be back up your info just in case.
