Question I have a 500w PSU, will it be enough for an RX 580 ?

8GB RAM ,
256GB SSD ,
1TB HDD


I don't know if I can use the RX 580 8gb with this power supply, maybe I should undervolt the gpu?

Which? There are 4 SKUs of the RM650
CP-9020054 is the 2013 model. Not worth to buy because of it's age.
CP-9020194 2019 model. Decent unit.
CP-9020233 2021 model. This is the best RM650.
CP-9020280 2023 model. Downgraded RMe with 7 year warranty. It's noisy with an awfull bearing noise of the fan.
