Question i have a amd ryzen 3 1300x and dont know if i should update bios

i have a AB350M-HDV and i dont know if i should update to 6.0 because (*ASRock do NOT recommend updating this BIOS if Pinnacle, Raven, Summit or Bristol Ridge CPU is being used on your system.) but i dont know what my cpu is

Why do you want to update the bios, if nothing is wrong, it would be better to leave things be

If you DO need a bios update;

your cpu is "summit ridge"

Your CPU is "Summit Ridge" and the 6.0 BIOS is for the Matisse CPU.

Do not update BIOS to a Ryzen 3000 BIOS ( AMD Next Generation Processor) if you're running a 1300x, so I would not suggest updating beyond ver. 5.5 for your board. Be sure to follow the instructions, update the chipset drivers (AMD All-in-One) first and update to the bridge BIOS first.

There are some good reasons to update, especially for memory compatibility or upgrading to a new processor generation. But BIOS updates can end in bricked boards if something goes wrong, so really consider whether you need it first.
