I have a asus nvidia 960 2gb

I have recently installed nvidia geforce 960 2gb. But there is no change in the performance of my pc.(intel core i3 6100) .For eg I'm getting 20 fps with stutters on fortnite 1080p low settings. I think that the gpu is not working at its fullest power. Please suggest something.
Also im getting 50 fps avg on unigine heaven benchmark.
So is it fortnites problem or any other?

On fortnite im getting same gps nd same stuttering on high nd low settings even if i changed the resolution to the lowest still same

That doesn't answer the question-what is your temps and usage for both cpu and gpu? It could be a thermal issue causing something to throttle. Use a program such as msi afterburner and report back with the results.

Psu- circle 500w
Gpu- asus strix 960 2gb
Ram- 4gb transcend

Can it be because i'm having my old gpu's driver installed with the new gpu's driver?

A clean install of display drivers is a must when you put in a different gpu. Use ddu in safe mode, reboot and install the latest drivers. If that doesn't fix it post the information asked in the previous posts.

Your cpu is severely overheating. Make sure your cpu cooler is operating properly.
