I decided to check my account activity on my Microsoft account and several accounts from turkey, bangladesh and the US are trying to get into my outlook account to no success, I have over 50+ unsueccesful sign in attempts in my account in the span of two days. I decided to change my password again but how do I go about this? Should I just create another email?

Another account will not solve anything. These are attacks on randomly generated names/accounts. As long as you have a secure password and are using 2-factor authentication it is very unlikely any of those attempts will be successful. They hit up to millions of accounts every single day.

here is what I do: I create a master account that I use as my microsoft account. I never give out the account name. Then I create several subaccount alias that I hand out for various purposes.
I have seen hacking attempt on the subaccounts but never on the main account. If i get too much noise email from the subaccount I can just delete the alias and never have to delete the main account.

most of the attacks look like they got the email name from me logging into a website, then used a password generator to try to get into the account.
some hackers can get a username password set then attempt logon. if it fails then use the password make modifications to it with a program. People often use a series of passwords that are very similar to each other.

google how to set up email alias on outlook
(or what ever email provider )
