I have a computer window stuck in a corner

my active window is stuck in a corner. it will not drag. restarting does not help.

Maybe check the video subsystem and associated driver ???

As long as the window is active, try holding down the Windows logo key and pressing the up arrow key (maximize shortcut). Does that snap it to maximized and allow you to work with it?
