I have a dell optiplex 780 mini tower, If i switch the motherboard to a different larger case will it still work?

The Mini tower is way to small and im trying to fit a full sized Graphics card in it and its not going well so is it possible for me to switch the motherboard to another case. Like i said it is a optiplex 780 so it has just the regular board in it. :O

You can always just get a new motherboard. you can get a decent motherboard for only about 30-40 $
