i have a geforce 9100 card do i need a better card to run diablo

I play diablo 3 okay in some áreas but other areas i lag so hard it feels like im walkin in mud the whole time my fps is like 10 or 12 i have everything in the game on low settings even with my graphics card they're on low settings so I WAS wordering shud i change out my video card or is something else thats the problem

It's your graphics card. That card was never really meant for gaming and it's just not adequate for gaming.
