I have a heating issue with my graphics card

I just got my gtx 960 two days ago and installed it.

When idle the temperature can be around 35 (or 40 when browsing) degrees Celsius. which i though was okay.

But when I play a game like metal gear solid GZ or devil may cry SE the temperature averages around 57-58 and can max to about 67.

I don't remember my old gtx 760 getting this hot and was wondering if i should be concerned.

No concern, that is the expected temperature.

Max temp is 98C. Of course whuch brand / model you bought matters, some set default fan curves to minimize noise while temps are in satisfactory ranges, others go for lowest temps. You can adjust these with an overclocking utility such as Afterburner.
