Install WIN7 on and LCD monitor cause laptop monitor is smashed. Will I be able to have video to complete the install? UBUNTU currently installed.

The laptop isn't even a year old. I never use the laptop monitor it is 24-7 connected to my LCD TV. I just wanna make sure when I go forward to install WIN7 I am going to able to see. UBUNTU is a horrid awful slow OS that I have nothing good to say about. As I say I just wanna be sure I'll be able to see my reinstall of WIN7 or its almost impossible to do blind.
