I have a Lenovo ThinkPad t410 and the keyboard suddenly stopped working this morning. I can turn the mute on/off with the dedicated button and turn the unit on and off with the power button. The caps lock light comes on when I turn the unit on but not when press it. Other than that I can't use any of the keys and the track pad doesn't work either. Not sure what to do??

Does the keyboard only fail to function in Windows? Or does invoking the BIOS also not work? If it works in the BIOS but not in Windows, you may have run into a software issue. Try performing a System Restore operation to when things were still working. However, if it works nowhere, try plugging in a USB keyboard and testing it in the BIOS and in Windows. If the keyboard works, then it appears that your laptop's keyboard has a hardware issue, and you should have it serviced.
