my steam account is limited ... i have not spend or added money to my wallet ... my brother sent me a friend request on steam and he will send me 5$ after 3 days on steam ... so will my restrictions of limited account be removed ?? ....please help thankyou!

Yes, after you have spent $5 on steam your account will be unlocked so that you can send and accept friend requests.

It is a new Steam account thing they've had for awhile.
