Question I have a machine plenty capable of streaming VR with, but I keep getting errors and crashes when I try to

I use an RTX 2070 and an i7-7700k to try and stream my oculus to twitch, and for some reason whenever I try to stream it my oculus is crashing, or sometimes streamlabs is crashing. The only error message I've seen is sometimes it will say I'm out of Vram, which with my parts seems very unlikely to happen. However most of the time there's no error message, my oculus just crashes. Anyone have any ideas?
