I have a PC Configuration, is it good enough for basic 3D renders and After Effect Work?

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB

GIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD GA-78LMT-USB3, AM3+

SAPPHIRE GRAPHICS CARD HD 7770 1GB DDR5

I was thinking of buying a PC with this specs, will it be enough for few render in 3D, a fast render preview in AE and a fast rendering in Premiere, also able to play high end games, including C.O.D AW, Assassin's Creed Unity in medium settings?

Will changing the motherboard help?

I have seen MSI 990FX GD65 V2, ASUS M5A97 & GIGABYTE GA-970A

Also will XFX ATI Radeon R 7770 Core Edition 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card be better solution?

to get better performance you are going to have to have a higher budget than you planned. Changing the motherboard won't help, nor will that GPU, which is basically the same as the other one.
