Question I have a PC problem, help please.

I have a 3070 ti GPU, i5 13600KF CPU, 32gb 3600hz memory.
My PC's performance is bad compared to other peoples performances that has the same build as mine. I really do not know the issue and i've looked everywhere, i tried everything. XMP is on, drivers and everything updated. I just tried userbenchmark and its pretty bad performance and i dont know how to fix it could someone please help me.

Based on that the GPU isn't running at the same speed as others who have used UserBenchmark. May also be something going on with your storage.

Monitor the temperatures and clock speeds of your GPU using something like Hardware Monitor 64 and GPU-Z. If it is getting hot, or not boosting for some reason it will be listed under GPU-Z under PerfCap.

What power supply do you have running this GPU?

Check for Malware that may be using your GPU for mining, botting, etc as well.

This is my GPU currently without playing anything but only having discord, browser up etc. but no games. Also how should i check for Malware that may use my GPU for mining etc. Malwarebytes?
i got 850W PSU

The Intel SSD is neary full. That slows down the system a lot. And check the health of SSD with Crystaldisk.
