Question I have a problem and i really need help please!

i had this problem for a long time...the problem is that when i press the power button sometimes it does not work at the first try or. Multiple tries and i even tried to use the reset button but still sometimes this problem happens..i recently changed my motherboard CPU and ram for upgrade also maybe i fix the problem and yet this problem is still with me...could it be the power buttons on the case or going out?

Yes, it very well could be the button. Or anywhere between the button and the end connection. But switches going bad is not completely uncommon.
