i buy a new monitor samsung syncmaster SA300 i also using ATI radeon but its said check signal cable but when i connect my old monitor its ok.. whats the problem?

It could be an incompatible resolution. Connect your old monitor and change the resolution to 800x600 and then connect your new monitor and see if it works.

Also check the refresh rate, if your old monitor was a CRT it may be set to a high refresh rate. Set it to 60 for the new one.

press the third button from the right its changes the source from DVi to VGA connection. analog/digital. I had the same problem =)
