Hello, if anyone really knows what this problem is, I would be happy to help
When I move the mouse in games, an abnormal state occurs for about 1 second or less. I really don't know what to call it
I will upload the picture, maybe you understand

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What driver version are you on for your GPU?

Hello, thank you
I have a Lenovo LOQ laptop
i7 13620H
RTX 4060
16 GB
512 SSD
Win 11
BIOS was also updated to the latest version of the graphics driver

Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver sourced from here;
in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
I did many things like this and did not get an answer. I even sent several tickets to nvidia support, but after discussions, I did not get an answer. Tickets are still open.
