include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
What driver version are you on for your GPU?
I did many things like this and did not get an answer. I even sent several tickets to nvidia support, but after discussions, I did not get an answer. Tickets are still open.Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver sourced from here;
in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.Driver Results | <dd~ProductName> | <dd~OSName>
Lookup results for <dd~ProductName> product and Operating System <dd~OSName>www.nvidia.com
