Question i have a problem with my computer booting

hello guys, i have a problem with my computer booting
i had a disc HDD 'WD Blue 1TB' then i bought an SSD apacer as340 240GB i installed win 10 build 1703 from HDD to SSD then i removed windows from HDD ,after that i went to BIOS settings to make the system loads from SSD and i found that

then i unplugged the HDD SATA to make SSD alone and i found this

i selected SSD ofc then i saved the changes and reboot my pc
and rip

i plugged the hdd sata again and it starts normally
it took long time to load ,after that i went to msconfig to check boot settings and i found this

i did remove 2nd and 3th

and i restarted my pc
and i found that the settings didn"t save

Update your post to include full system hardware specs.

Has the CMOS battery ever been replaced?

You messed up and now that you've deleted windows from the HDD there's no choice but reinstall windows from scratch; unless you have a backup that you can restore. Do you?
