PSU RedDragon RGPS-850W 80Plus Gold Modular bought new
This junk of a PSU?
Specs:
https://www.redragonzone.com/products/redragon-master-rgps-850w-80-plus®-gold-atx-3-1-psu-black-white
Essentially 0 info about the PSU on the official specs. No specs, no rail layout, 0 word about warranty. Several red flags to avoid as a plague.
Also, 0 reviews of the unit.
On top of that, reddit also agrees:

For comparison, here's official specs of my PSU (i have 650W unit),

And i can also link several reputable reviews of my PSU as well, if need be.
Since PSU powers everything, it is
the most important component inside the PC.
Hence why NEVER cheap out on PSU! Also, never buy used PSU either.
So, what might have happened;
Your crap quality PSU went belly up and took something with it as well. You can consider everything connected to the PSU to be dead (aka your whole PC).
Moving forwards;
New, good/great quality PSU is a must.

As far as what components died, either:
* get 2nd, compatible PC, to test individual components out (to be tested are: CPU, MoBo, RAM, GPU)
* or haul your PC to PC repair shop and pay for diagnostics.
I wonder,
🤔 what was the reason(s) why did you buy that Redragon crap?
(Small nitpick; many get that brand name wrong. It isn't Red Dragon. It is Redragon, or Re Dragon or Red Ragon.)
