I built my pc and it wont power up. I tried different graphics card and it powered on. My graphics card is new but i bought it from a third party seller so i dont have warranty, should i open the card up or should i just sell it as a not working card. The fans are turning but there is no picture.

Not sure there's anything you could do to fix it if you open it up...maybe replace the fuse link if you know how to find it and have the tools for soldering. A bad thermal interface to the heatsink wouldn't prevent getting a display at startup and a defective GPU chip will be impossible to replace.

You could sell it on but then it's not likely to be worth much since it's non-working; even if working it can't be worth that much being what it is. If you're really interested in learning how to do it taking it apart and giving it a try on the off-chance something can be identified might be the most useful, that depends on you though.
