Question i have a problem

when i was trying to clean my dust filters i accidentaly pulled the front panel of my pc case so hard that 2 wires from the power button were ripped
is it safe to resauder them ?

Disconnect the power button from the motherboard, and solder away.

Sure, if you're good at it.
I keep a flat wide putty knife handy to wedge between the case and the front bezel once I pull the bottom out enough to insert it. Then I "work" it up the case to ease the posts out of their sockets. That way, there's no sudden release you can't control.
