Guys I have a B450 GAMING PLUS motherboard from msi,and i have 1 stick of 8 gb ddr4kingstong hyperx ram instald,I own another 2 sticks of 4 gb of the same brand and speed can i place them in?

Mixed RAM modules are not guaranteed compatibility, RAM is only guaranteed in the form sold (from the same packs) - regardless as to the make/model or capacity of the board.

Not saying it never works, it's just a 50/50 bet as 2 modules of the exact same model can be manufactured differently and also be comprised of different materials and parts.

if they are the same timings and voltages, you won't damage anything by trying and seeing. But if the RAM has different power requirements, then it is not recommended.

Just ensure the voltages are the same and you're good.

There is still possibility to can encounter future instabilty, as mixed modules can still work for the most part, but then misbehave in certain applications or processes. But hopefully you're all good. As i said, 50/50 gamble, I hope it continues to work my friend.
