I have a question about the windows 7 sound mixer

I was wondering if there was any way to make windows 7 display the sound mixer panel (with the sliders for all the open applications) by default instead of the regular volume control panel (the one with the single master volume slider) when you click the speaker icon in the notification area on the taskbar.

Any help would be great! Thanks guys!

I don't think there is a way but you could make a shortcut to it and then pin it to the taskbar, start menu, quick launch or assign a keyboard shortcut. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/198083-volume-mixer-shortcut-create.html
