Hi! I want to buy like a smartphone or computer from ebay. But I live in the philippines but they have really good prices.

The question I have is it safe to buy from ebay even if its from another country? Like its from china and im in the philippines is it safe to buy there? Thanks in advance!

It all depends whether the seller will ship to your country, and at what cost. You might be responsible for custom clearance, taxes, on top of what you already paid. Make your math first!
